Sloped Vibrating Screens with Single Motor For Wet & Dry - Screening & Scalping		Twin Motor Vibrating Screens
	Model VS, Low Cost, Sloped Gravity Screens are used primarily for rough scalping and sizing applications. Units are installed at a 20 to 30 degree downslope. One top mounted motor is employed. Isolation mounts are either coil springs or air mounts. Support bases are optional. Five (5) sizes of units are offered in 1, 2 and 3 deck designs. Adjustable angle brackets allow adjustment to any slope required. There are no belts or sheaves to cause maintenance problems, no arms or cranks to break. Vibrating screens can be furnished from 12inch × 36inch to 48inch × 98inch in 1, 2 or 3 deck designs. Standard features include a product loading impact plate and front bolt-on discharge chutes. Air Powered Vibrating Screens & Feeders
	Model ASF air-operated vibrating screens & feeders are designed to size, scalp, dedust, dewater and separate all types of materials. The drive unit consists of a quiet operating air piston vibrator, furnished with exhaust muffler silencers and all air controls. The rate of flow and intensity of vibration is precisely controlled by varying air pressure, from zero to maximum. Typical applications include media and parts separating, in parts tumbler and vibrating finishing applications, to scalping foreign objects out of chemicals and food products.
